Da first thing r lucky vendors saws was these two lovely n smile'n faces, Sally n Tommie. Dey put in some long hours all weekend long ta hep make dis happen. Not pikterd is Crazy Kate who had the horrendous job of organizing where n all fer da vendors ta set up.
Well, if it 'taint Barbosa n Will Turner! N dat guy in da center, he be bad to da bone! Bwahahahaha! Da next wo pikters r of da Esspreso Drama Troup from Orting Washington. Dees brave kids come all da way hyar ta put on one heck of a play fer us. Wonderful akters, all of 'em! Hopes dey come back next yar n stay fer da weekend, dey only played on Friday evening, wishes da Saturday crowd kooda seen 'em!

Dancers! Not sure if it's a good idea ta have belly dancers n pirates at da same time er not. Red Beard from da Treasure Island Pirates kood'nt resist, had ta get in dere n shake 'is booty too.
Wees hyar at Pirate Daze thinks up some pretty good ways o keep'n da kids under kontrol. Wees has da stocks manned by Grouper o da Rusty Scupper Pirates, wees has a lost n found jail, dat was run by da South Beach Christian Outreach Program, n den we has our very own special baby sitter. If one o dees methods don't works, wees jus throwds 'em in the bay...
Hyar wees has line up fer the Jack Sparrow look a like kontest. Da third from da left, "Vicky" me tinks her moniker is won da booty but she had some pretty stiff kompatishun. Dat little one was da cannon ball me tinks! I'd a givin her a first but den again, I wasn't a judge..... Dat be Lizzy from da Open Sores pirates.
The Lady coming into port, the nefarious and morally unacceptable Oshun Shores Pirates (more on dees desperados later...) and our very own beauteous bonny and sightly Scullery Maid.
One o da kuntestints o da Salty Dawg kontest, "Susie" aboard the "Q"?? She be my favorite from last yar. Uh oh, looks like a showdown o some sorts in da street, er just mak'n plans ta take over da town. Dat looks like dem Boom Pirates, what a show dey put on! Had ta see it several times meself! Last but certainly not least we have the incredibly talented and humerous Budd Bay Buccaneers. Luaghed me arse off watch'n this crewe!
Hyar we have the Zamora family from da Seattle Auburn area. Amazing what some guys will do to look like a real pirate! Shish Rudy!! That shoulda coulda been a real kontest winner! Look'n good doh......then we 'ave Rudy n his lovely wench and then 'is grandkids me thinks. Keep dat blunderbuss n sabre handy Rudy, yoos gonna need 'em reeeeeealll soon by the looks o those two beauties!
The Lady gett'n ready fer dockside tours, n den Les Boulton o da Historical Seaport recieving 'is official plaque fer being r Grand Marshall n Laura Rust accepting an award on behalf o da Historical Seaport fer supporting Rusty Scupper Pirate Daze fer da past seven yars. Thank you both and the Seaport very much for your service and support! Here also be a couple crewe members o da Lady (not really but dey looked really mean n nasty).
Dis next bunch o pikters is o da Boom Pirates. I can't say enough good tings 'bout dis troup! Some o da nicest, make yer side ache funny, edukashunal pirates I ever done knowd. Da show dey put on is simply fantastik and funny. If ya ever hear o dees pirates perform'n anywhere, treat yerself n go see um. Yas wonts bees disapointed!
Dis hyar shot was taken right 'fore da big parade. Da Streets was quiet n den all o a sudden ya hear dis sing'n n ruckus happnen. I turns around n dey done absconded wit me young'ns Light fingers Linnea, Wiley Wyatt, "lil Red" A.J. n our fair beauty Shyandra.
Dis wench be a mean one! Talk 'bout crack'n da whip, she be one not ta mess wit. I didn't knowd it but da reason it makes dat loud crack'n noise is da whip be breaking da sound barrier. Den dey be load'n da guns and fire'n 'em off.....

Twas a dark n stormy night,....er at least it twas a bit misty n da sun did go down....anywhos, da mean n dispicable, crazy eyed n bad hair Oshun Shores Pirates attempt to take the gallant n fair skined, white pearly toothed n always well dressed Rusty Scupper Pirates bowling trophy dey so corageously defended last yar. Well, dat's me story n me stick'n to it......
